So, this isn’t necessarily a hip hop instrumental, but Mayor Hawthorne’s – “A Long Time” has an awesome backing track! Its got a nice throw-back feel with funky bass, old school vocals and a groovin guitar track. You’d expect to find the song on an old vinyl record, but its new(er). When listening to the beat in the background, its simple but sometimes less is more!
The song is nice and you might find yourself listening to it on repeat a few times.. The video is awesome! A nice, soultrain type vibe going on; the dancing is classsssic!!
